Pradeep Nagraj, born in 1970 in Bangalore, has always balanced technical expertise with a passion for creativity. After earning a BE in Automobile Engineering from Pune University, he worked in the automobile sector before transitioning into IT. Over an 18-year career with top firms like NIIT, Wipro, and CITI, he led large IT teams, managing offshore operations for global clients.

Growing up in an artistic family, Pradeep developed a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, which later inspired his entrepreneurial journey. His venture, built on quality and ethical business practices, faced early challenges—limited funds, lack of marketing experience, and finding skilled artisans. However, his commitment to transparency and a process-driven approach helped him gain client trust in the competitive interior design industry.
